    Question

Got a Canon 518 off ebay and it didn't come with a manual. Got some strange buttons that I'm not sure what they do, like the L-R knob. Also not sure how to put on the 1.8X adaptor. If any of you have a 518 manual, I'd be happy to pay you for a photocopy of it. Thanks.

LR sounds like Lock Run (stop start to you and me).

The tele converter simply screws into the filter thread and moves the zoom forward 1,8x. Is it a Canon adaptor?
